Dallas Morning News: Allen mixed-use project will include new townhouses by national builder

One of the country’s top homebuilders has signed on to build in a 135-acre Allen mixed-use project.

Ashton Woods Homes plans to build more than 100 townhomes in The Farm development, which is under construction on State Highway 121.

The Farm is a commercial and residential project with offices, retail, restaurants, apartments and homes.
