The Farm in Allen is sprouting apartments, offices and entertainment venues
The first crop of apartments is almost ready at The Farm in Allen.
And developers just turned over new ground for an entertainment venue.
An office building and retail are also on the way at the 135-acre mixed-use development on State Highway 121 at Alma Drive.
It’s been almost three years since JaRyCo Development and Allen’s Johnson family, which owns the land, announced plans for The Farm.
“The first people will start moving into our apartments in July,” said Bruce Heller, President of JaRyCo. “We are excited about the apartments opening because it will change the character of the place when you have people living here.”
